Mandy More:  Best Dressed from Head 2 Toe @ 2011 Oscars

If the movie, "Black Swan" had an influence on the runaway with ballerina inspired clothes, then Mandy Moore caught on and was a beautiful ballerina inspired beauty at the 83rd Academy Awards Sunday, March 28.  From head to toe, I was inspired in the dreamy, and ethereal way she presented herself.
